This is one of the rare years whereby we went to M'sia on 除夕, Chinese New Year's eve :)
Left the house late and arrive at Grandma's only at about 10.30pm or 11pm. The minute I arrived, 宝惠asked if I wanted to go to her friend's hse. I went along and I regretted. It was cold like CRAZY! As I sat at the back of the motorcycle, I was so cold to the point I chattered. I was desperate for warmth.
Her friends rode back to Grandma's hse. Coz the minute my family finished eating steamboat, my dad, the Kid trap in an Uncle's body, lit the box of fireworks and the show begins.
I took a vid of the fireworks, but somehow, I can't get it up.
Oh well.
On the first day of Chinese New Year, 初一. People started coming in to visit and all. 宝惠 and I decided to bring the Wild Child to our place.
She LOVES to Camwhore. Like No kidding. She always tries to get my phone to take her own selfies.

This is the GIGANTIC Prawn THT got from 宝祥. It is HUGE!!!
Went back to Singapore that night and went to Fang's at abt 11.30pm? It was an interesting night.
Went visiting on 初二, 2nd day of CNY. Had dinner at home :)
Had to wake up early for church the next day :). Amongst the festive decor, it was this couplet that caught my eye.
"守道人家蒙主爱，信主家庭享平安" On top was "以马内利" Which I heard it's suppose to be a translation of "Immanuel". Was truly blessed that day.
The following day, 初四. Kate graciously invited us to her Mum's place for some food and LouHei :)
I must say, THE CHICKEN WINGS ARE DA BOMBZ! I was addicted to the wings. It was so good! Then I learnt that the chicken wings are the signature dish of her eatery. I must go there some day to whack the chicken wings.
